Saudi Ceramics says fire breaks out at second sanitaryware plant in Riyadh

Saudi Ceramic Co. announced that a blaze broke out on July 15 morning in the second sanitaryware plant in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City. 

The fire led to a stoppage in production at the plant, the statement said, noting there were no injuries or casualties.

The company and the competent authorities are currently investigating the incident and evaluating the full damage resulting from the fire. 

Saudi Ceramic confirmed that all its factories are covered by insurance. 

Any material developments will be announced later, the statement added.
