The General Authority of Civil Aviation's (GACA) President Abdulaziz Al-Duailej said Saudi Arabia seeks to increase air connectivity to more than 250 destinations by 2030, as part of its National Aviation Strategy.
This will be achieved through 29 airports and two global hubs in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The statement came during the Kingdom’s participation in the Saudi-Brazilian International Aviation Conference, held on Oct. 2-4 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
