Samaco Automotive, the authorized dealer for Audi in Saudi Arabia, opened their new cutting-edge vechicle service center at Khurais road in Riyadh. The service center, which took 136 days to build, has a total area of 6,000 square meters, and has been requipped with the latest state-of –the-art tools to customer service standards. This new facility is able to service 56 cars simultaneously and boasts 24 hydraulic lifts. To further enhance the customer experience, Samaco Automotive have added a ‘quick service’ area to the reception, which also includes refreshments and entertainment for customers.

Opening the new service center in Riyadh is a new and considerable achievement for the company, and affirms its commitment to international quality and scientific standards in the area of vehicle service. The new center is staffed with highly skilled technicians to ensure the best quality of service to clients.

A comfortable waiting lounge and covered parking area is an added customer benefit together with a special section for cleaning and polishing.

To ensure staff are always up-to-date, the new service facility is also equipped with a technical training center installed with the latest training tools.
