Rents to be accepted only via Ejar from Januray: REGA spokesman

The spokesman for the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Tayseer Al-Mufarrej, revealed that as of January, rents will only be accepted via Ejar platform.

In an interview with Al-Arabiya TV channel, Al-Mufarrej pointed out the step aims to reduce intermediaries’ interference and enhance the safety of financial transactions in the real estate rental market. 

Eight million rental contracts were registered and notarized via Ejar, reflecting confidence in the Saudi real estate market and the platform’s safety and durability.
