Prince Abdulaziz: Our dreams come true with support of leadership of nation's sports
Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Faisal, chairman of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, expressed his appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, for their support for and interest in sports of the Kingdom
This support has resulted in the Saudi participation for the first time in history in Olympic Winter Games.
Prince Abdulaziz's statement came on the sidelines of the Chinese capital, Beijing, as he heads the Saudi delegation participating in the 24th Olympic Winter Games "Beijing 2022"in which Faiq Abdi, a Saudi player is participating.
The sports minister said in a video statement broadcast by the Olympic and Paralympic Committee on its Twitter account: "With a leader like His Highness, the Crown Prince, dreams come true”.
