Nakheel's newest project - PALM 360 - took Dubai's investment opportunities to new heights at the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai this weekend.
The luxury hotel and residential complex, to be built on Nakheel's world-famous Palm Jumeirah island, is the star attraction at the event, which kicked off on Friday (9 December).
Among the VIPs, media and potential investor who gathered at the Nakheel stand for a close up view of the project the show's Chief Guest, HE Dr Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India, who was welcomed by Nakheel CEO Sanjay Manc; handa.
Indian investors - the largest sector of foreign investors in Dubai property - already account for 11 per cent of Nakheel's customers, so far purchasing nearly 4,500 villas, apartments and land plots with a combined value of over USD2 billion. Nakheel hopes to grow its Indian investor portfolio during the three-day event by showcasing a diverse range of properties located across the emirate.
