NWC launches the implementation of 3 projects in the Northern Border Region at a cost of SR +127 million

The National Water Company (NWC), represented by its Northern Cluster, has started the implementation of 3 water projects in the cities of Arar and Rafha in the Northern Border Region. The projects include a project of main water lines and sub-networks in the city of Arar at a total cost of more than 58 million Saudi Riyals, with lines and networks of more than 155,000 meters.

 

NWC explained that it also started implementing another project of main water lines and sub-networks in the city of Arar, at a total cost of more than 40 million Saudi Riyals, with a total length of lines and networks exceeding 142,000 meters. The company also started the implementation of a project of water transmission lines and sub-networks in the city of Rafha at a total cost of more than 28 million Saudi Riyals, with a total length of about 98,000 meters.

 

NWC stressed that these projects come within its objectives and strategies to strengthen the drinking water distribution system, manage water demand, increase coverage rates, expand the provision of water and environmental services, and improve the quality of life and services provided to the population in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
