Al-Musallam explained the project aims to facilitate water and environment services and improve the efficiency of operational and customer services as well as electronic and automated systems. He added the system has been further developed to take into account flaws in its initial application when it was implemented during the last Hajj season in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Al-Musallam said the Company was diligently working on providing the newest and best services to its customers by attracting and implementing the best electronic projects and smart solutions. COMPAS is one such project that has supported the Company’s technical applications, unification of procedures, data and systems integration and opening the doors of technology to attract new service products - all within a comprehensive integrated framework for raising performance levels and services efficiency in the water and environment services sectors.

Eng. Fahad Aljuraish, NWC IT Executive Directorate, said the project has proven its efficiency in supporting company technical applications when implemented in Riyadh and Jeddah. The project has several features such as billing, maintenance, operation, lab management, and capital projects management systems, maps and follow up and applicability through smart devices.
