NWC has started the implementation of 6 projects in Al-Jouf region at a cost exceeding SR 278 million

The National Water Company (NWC), represented by its Northern Cluster, has started the implementation of 6 water and sanitation projects in different parts of the Al-Jouf region at a total cost of more than 278 million Saudi Riyals. These projects aim to increase the coverage of water and environmental services, improve their quality, and meet the growing demand for them.

 

 The company explained that the water projects that it hasstarted implementation in Al-Jouf region include 5 projects with a total value of more than 178 million Saudi Riyals, with lines and networks of 569,000 meters, the construction of 4 operational reservoirs with a total capacity of 3,500 cubic meters, and the implementation of pumping stations with a total capacity of more than 46,100 cubic meters per day.

 

 NWC said: "We have started the implementation of sewerage lines and networks in the city of Sakaka, worth more than 100 million Saudi riyals, with a network length of more than 114,000 meters."

 

 The company stressed that these projects are part of its objectives and strategies, which include expanding the provision of water and environmental services to keep pace with the growing demand for services, in addition to improving the quality of life and services provided to the population in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
