The National Water Company (NWC) announced the completion of construction of drinking water networks in Al-Fadhila project in the south of Jeddah Governorate. This project is part of NWC’s development projects to support the infrastructure of the water system, increase the level of supply coverage and upgrade service quality in the governorate. The cost of this project is approximately 13 million Saudi Riyals.
The company said that the implemented project aims to improve water supply to beneficiaries, by serving more than 2800 properties through water pipelines and networks with a length of more than 44,798 meters in various diameters, which were extended before the deadline set for the project.
NWC pointed out that the implemented project will have an impact on the development of the services offered, the improvement of infrastructure and the increase of operational efficiency of the water sector in accordance with the highest standards of quality and performance. The company stressed that it is accelerating and continuously working in the implementation of its future works and projects to achieve the welfare of citizens in line with the Saudi Arabian Vision 2030.
