National Housing Co. (NHC) launched easy payment plans for beneficiaries, as part of its efforts to boost home ownership in the Kingdom to 70% by 2030.
The plan aims to raise the ownership rate among Sakani beneficiaries, whose net salaries do not exceed SAR 7,000 by offering monthly installments starting from SAR 850 with no advance payment. The first installment will be paid when the unit is delivered, the state-run SPA reported.
The easy payment plan is price-subsidized. It will apply in the first phase to 12 projects across the Kingdom.
It covers projects under construction, such as residential units in prime locations. Further, an additional support of up to SAR 100,000 will be also offered along with an additional residential support package of SAR 150,000 for beneficiaries after the unit purchase.
