NHC delivers 18,000 residential units across Kingdom YTD

National Housing Co. (NHC) have delivered more than 17,700 residential units across the Kingdom year to date.

The company maintains its strategies and plans to speed up the delivery of housing units. It recently announced the handover of more than 25,000 residential units across the Kingdom. It also aims to provide contemporary housing options through various projects to increase Saudi Arabia’s real estate supply.

NHC aims to meet increasing demand for residential units in the Kingdom in partnership with real estate developers, SPA reported.

It targets more than 153,000 units spanning an area of over 105 million square meters across nine districts and five residential complexes.
