National Housing launches 1,600 residential units in Jeddah

National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the launch of 1,600 new residential units in two new projects, Al Thuraya and Al-Sadan in Jeddah.

Located in Sadaim, north of Obhur, Al Thuraya offers more than 700 residential units and includes commercial facilities, gardens, and public amenities. It spans an area of over 61,000 square meters (sqm).

Al Sadan, which is located in southern Jeddah, spans 592,000 sqm. It provides over 900 residential units. The project will implement virtual reality technology to allow potential buyers to view and navigate the units virtually.

NHC invited those interested in reserving units and learning more about the projects to visit their booth at the Restatex Jeddah Exhibition, which began on Thursday. Reservations can also be made through the Sakani platform.

The company also has several ongoing projects in Makkah, developed in partnership with top real estate developers. These include Makkah Gateway, Al Johara, Sadaim, Khayala, and Al-Sadan community, covering over 17 million sqm and offering more than 33,000 housing units.
