MIS signs contract with HUMAIN at over 30% of 2025 topline

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, Aug. 25, a contract today with PIF-owned HUMAIN, at a value exceeding 30% of its total revenues for 2025 (VAT inclusive), according to a Tadawul statement.

The company said the five-year contract covers data center hosting services, involving no related parties.

The related financial impact will be reflected from Q3 2026 through Q3 2031, MIS added.

According to Argaam data, MIS previously announced in June that it had been awarded the contract with HUMAIN.

MIS reported revenue of approximately SAR 1.27 billion for 2025, with 30% amounting to around SAR 381.72 million.
