MIS secures SAR 88.6M order from SDAIA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received a purchase order worth SAR 88.62 million, including VAT, from the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 1.

The one-year contract covers the provision of IT services and products, with the financial impact expected to appear from Q3 2025 through Q3 2028.

MIS noted that the order falls under the framework agreement signed with the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO), announced on March 25, 2024.

The company said no related parties are involved in the deal.
