Ministry of Economy: Real estate transactions likely to slow down

The Ministry of Economy and Planning expects the coming period to see slowdown in real estate transactions and prices due to the size of the housing industry.

This was driven by the housing sector scope on the Real Estate Price Index and its role in driving the real estate demand over the last quarters.
