LG Electronics revolutionizes its after-sales services by achieving a new leading record

On 21st of October 2015, LG Electronics Saudi Arabia has welcomed SVC Manager from MEA regions at a special event to celebrate the company’s receiving the benchmarking that has been uniquely attained after it has been ranked No.1 in after sale services in MEA region in 2015. United Naghi and Shaker Group have distinctively showcased greater performance which prominently boosts their position in the Kingdom. A big event has been organized in Durra Beach Hotel in Jeddah from 21st to 22nd October.  

This is the first conference to be held in Saudi Arabia more than 10 years. This year it serves as a unique gate opened to all LG MEA Subsidiaries where the high achievements of LG Electronics Saudi Arabia are witnessed by all attendees. The conference has also reviewed LG’s past achievements while focusing on the company’s present and future endeavors to deliver more added values to enrich customers’ lives.  

The core reason behind the conference is to highlight the dynamic benchmark role played by Shaker and United Naghi in Saudi Arabia and to showcase to what extent they provide impressive after sales services. Serving the customers passionately is the ultimate goal of Shaker and Untied Naghi. With bottomless ambition to ensure that every customer is enjoying the best quality services, to satisfy customers’ specific needs through wide-ranging after-sales services.

LG’s achievement is a direct result of the fast reaction and attentive response for its customers’ requests, with best repair lead time and finest technical and skillful team who enjoys a high level of assertiveness and dedication. This strong growth trend was driven largely by the company’s expanding customer base locally and globally. LG is really witnessing a new progress and its service centers are showing wider strides. 

Today every LG’s customer can enjoy the same level of faster and matchless services either in United Naghi service centers which reach 19 ones, and 39 ones in Shaker Group.  At LG, there is a firmer focus on 100% In-Home repair, which boost the customer’s satisfaction and convenience. Requesting the maintenance is made easier through the company’s various channels that are within the reach of all customers, either through the toll-free hotline, calling the call center, mobile application found in Google store or via the LG website.
