Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) said construction progress on Jeddah Tower is proceeding according to schedule, with exterior cladding works currently underway, alongside ongoing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
In a statement, the company added that the tower reached the 91st floor, at a height of approximately 370 meters, achieving an accelerated construction pace of one floor every five days, supported by a workforce of nearly 5,200 workers.
According to data available on Argaam, Kingdom Holding previously announced in January 2025 the official resumption of construction works and concrete pouring for Jeddah Tower.
Meanwhile, KHC’s affiliate Jeddah Economic Co. (JEC) signed an agreement in October 2024 with Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) to complete construction works on the tower project, which is expected to exceed 1,000 meters in height.
The company noted that the total contract value amounts to SAR 7.2 billion, adding that about SAR 1.1 billion had already been paid earlier as part of the overall value of completed construction works, with an execution period of 42 months.
KHC’s CEO expects the full completion of Jeddah Tower in 2028.
