The Conference kicked off with the opening of the Nile Real Estate Exhibition at the Sultanah Hall in the Crown Plaza Hotel, with the presence of Mr. Naif Al-Rajhi, Vice Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Mr. Ahmed Farouk, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It brought together numerous real estate developers and investors showcasing the latest innovative projects and thrilling investment deals. The conference included three key sessions on successful partnerships between real estate developers in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with emphasis on achieving the goals of cultural development in the two countries within the vision and plans of the Kingdom and Egypt 2030. Additionally, Eng. Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Taweel, Undersecretary for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, stressed that the recent decisions of the Council of Ministers to regulate and lease sale on the map will provide a legislative framework to finance and stimulate purchase, thereby enhancing investor confidence and creating opportunities for real estate development. The conference concluded by noting that this conference will be held twice a year, with its second edition scheduled to take place in Egypt in late April in Sharm El Sheikh.
