Impact46 announced an investment exceeding SAR 200 million (over $59 million) in the digital Baloot game developer, Kammelna Studio. The announcement was made on Saturday, August 23, during the New Global Sport Conference (NGSC 2025), held in parallel with the Esports World Cup in Riyadh.

Eric Husny, Senior Investment Associate at Impact46, said the gaming sector is witnessing rapid growth, and with the acquisition of Kammelna, Impact46 aims to turn it into a leading Saudi success story. Growth plans include launching new products with diverse features and expanding the user base.

He added that Impact46 will support the studio’s expansion and industry consolidation by transferring technical and commercial know-how.

Based in Dammam, Kammelna studio develops Saudi cultural games such as Baloot and Jackaroo. Its apps have been downloaded more than 20 million times, attracting over one million active users monthly. It has a team of over 40 specialists. The studio has also organized Baloot tournaments with more than 150,000 participants.
