This competition has become an integral part of The Hotel Show over the past two years, proving popular with visitors who turn up in full swing to watch teams across the Middle East compete against each other in sprucing-up ransacked rooms.

Driven by the objective to give prominence to trend setting designs and product innovations, Ideal Standard’s support to this iconic competition is aimed at reinforcing its commitment to the unsung heroes of the hospitality value chain.

Ideal Standard’s stunning display showcased a variety of products that included some of StradaII and Connect Air stylish and versatile ceramic ranges, a selection from Edge and TonicII mixers, along with the striking centerpiece –  the Dea free-standing bathtub which promises an oasis of luxurious relaxation in a busy day. To enhance the splendor of your bathroom experience, Ideal Standard also displayed a number of IOM accessories that are created by top European designers.

The company, associated with some of the most prestigious projects in the Gulf, is committed to emphasize its market presence with its adherence to product quality, innovation, design and sustainability leading to functional bathroom solutions, which meet every demand where aesthetics is as important as performance. Earlier in December 2018, Ideal Standard announced its collaboration with prominent Italian architects and design studio Palomba Serafini Associati. This new collaboration fits perfectly within Ideal Standard’s long and successful history of Innovation and Design, taking inspiration from previous iconic products to create new, contemporary collections that will drive the brand’s overall design philosophy and shape the bathrooms of the future.

The first outcome of this partnership has been unveiled comprising a range of unique ceramics and fittings, as well as furniture and a bath tub, and in a bold move we see a return to the use of color to enhance modern interior projects. Together with the unmatched skills of design studio Palomba Serafini Associati, Ideal Standard can create and large-scale industrialize designs that were not possible before.
