The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) signed four agreements on recruitment of general and domestic workers with Gambia and Tanzania during the Saudi-Arab-African Economic Conference held in Riyadh today.
The agreements establish a framework for cooperation and regulate the process of recruiting professional and domestic workers between the Saudi government and the governments of Tanzania and Gambia.
They also aim to ensure the recruitment of workers legally to work in Saudi Arabia, protect the rights of workers and employers, and ensure optimal application of these agreements to serve the interests of all parties.
Joint technical committees will be established to monitor the implementation of the agreements, identify obstacles and difficulties, and unify efforts to address them.
