The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), represented by the Professional Accreditation program, launched a service to verify the qualifications of expat workers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In a statement, the ministry said the service will be applied gradually in 62 countries through a unified platform that aims to be an integrated tool to raise the market efficiency and manpower.
The move is part of the ministry's strategy to develop an attractive labor market and enable the work environment.
The service focuses on the professions and jobs that require academic qualifications from workers, in addition to verifying the compatibility of qualification with the profession requirements.
