First-time buyers were second day’s most prominent visitors of the 12th International Property Show, which coincided with the Annual Investment Meeting 2016, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC) where global exhibitors are competing to showcase their residential projects.
The show, one its kind in DICEX for retail properties, is offering unique opportunities for visitors to buy properties according to their requirements of pricing, locations, payment schemes and quality of finishes.
“Exhibitors at the show are showcasing attractive offers of homes with prices tailored to the middle income purchasers and first-time buyers,” says Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organizers of the International Property Show. “International Property Show 2016 reflects the changes of the UAE property market as a whole new category of buyers looking for affordable housing is taking shape.”
“We allow retail sales on the exhibition floor and we witnessed some good deals today generated by first-time buyers who prefer to buy rather than sell,” added Al Shezawi.
Supported by the Dubai Land Department, the 12th International Property Show has emerged as one of the leading regional real-estate meeting platforms for developers, investors and regional and international companies working in this field.
Exhibitors have come from all over Europe, Asia Pacific and North and South-East Africa. These included developers involved in the development of residential communities and high-rise buildings, entertainment facilities, retail outlets, financial institutions, banks and investment companies, pension funds, asset management companies, authorities, investment zones and engineers of construction and interior design.
