Finance minister approves model arbitration agreement with SCCA

Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance, approved the model arbitration agreement and model arbitration agreement with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).

Pursuant to Article 13 of the government tenders and procurement law, the minister shall approve the model tender documents, prequalification documents, contract documents, contractor evaluation models and any other document required.
