Ferrero Appoints Fabio Grilli as Regional Managing Director for the Gulf Region

Dubai - Ferrero Group, one of the world's largest sweet-packaged food companies, a global leader in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, has announced the appointment of Fabio Grilli as Regional Managing Director for the Gulf Region, effective September 1, 2025. With more than 25 years of proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, Grilli has built a distinguished career across key functions,spanning marketing, sales, and trade marketing, driving success across headquarters and local business units worldwide. His professional journey with Ferrero, which began in 2003, has taken him to Luxembourg, France, Italy, Hungary, and now the United Arab Emirates, equipping him with invaluable cross-cultural experience and a nuanced understanding of diverse consumer markets.

 

Over the past three years as Managing Director for Ferrero Eastern Europe, covering markets such as Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova, Fabio has effectively reinforced the company’s market leadership, delivering consistent top and bottom-line growth.

 

Commenting on his appointment, Grilli stated: “I am so proud to be taking on the role of Regional Managing Director for Ferrero Gulf at such a pivotal time.
