Bank ABC Jordan successfully completed the deployment and parameterization of EXUS Financial Suite, an internationally awarded collections and recovery management software. The system fully supports the collections and remedial management of delinquent customers, providing bank users with extensive insights and underlying trends of their Retail portfolio.
The system combines both campaign and user portfolio allocation operational modes, providing the ability to adapt to different styles of operation based on the emerging needs of the concerned units/departments. It also allows the creation of new or amend existing processes using an intuitive graphical user interface, thus providing flexibility to respond quickly to changes in business operations.
With the help EXUS Collections Analytics, Bank ABC is able to continuously assess and evaluate its portfolio, identify possible enhancements and establish a continuous Process improvements in managing risk dimensions of the Retail portfolio.
