Ewaan Global Residential Company is planning by the end of the month to launch a campaign titled “La teagedaha” (Do not make it complicated) targeting Saudi youth who want to buy their own houses.
The campaign will include some videos that provide people and youth with the tips for people who want to buy houses. The campaign is also helping people to receive the needed information and the needed knowledge for having their own houses.
During the Jeddah Restatex Exhibition held in Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, the CEO of Ewaan Global Residential Company, Riyad Al-Thagafi told Saudi Gazette that ‘Do not make it complicated’ campaign will provide Saudis with several massages including buying the home that you really can own without degrading yourself under great financial issues.
Another tip that the campaign is giving to the people desiring to have their homes is do not pay on a house that you will not use now but you are going to live in it after 10 years.
Al-Thagafi also said that by the next six months the company is planning to finish and submit one of their residential projects, named ‘Limas’ in the Eastern Province, as well as, to finalize the second stage of Alfareeda project in Jeddah. By finishing the second stage, the company would have completed 800 units in Alfareeda project, one of the largest residential projects in the Kingdom since it is being built on one million square meters of land.
Al-Thagafi added that the company also is planning to start working on ‘Babek Residence Project’ in the next few months. The company has signed an agreement with Saudi Ministry of Housing to develop the project in Jeddah.
Ewaan Global Residential Company is focusing on providing people not only with residential units, but also implementing better facilities in the districts, such as having gardens.
“Since the first project, we are concentrating and taking care of building a district that has all the facilities. We are also continuing to develop the services and facilities in the new projects. For example, having gardens, mosques, securities, places for playing sports, so we can help in changing the lifestyle of the citizens for the better.”
