Equipment House, Health Ministry sign SAR 180.3M contract

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) signed, on April 4, a contract worth SAR 180.3 million (including value-added tax) with the Ministry of Health, to provide cooked nutrition services for King Fahd Heart Center, Uhud Hospital and Miqat General Hospital in Madinah.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company expected the related financial impact to appear in Q3 2024, given the delay in the award procedures and contract signing from the project owner party.

The contract duration is five years, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties.

According to data compiled by Argaam, in April 2023, the company announced that it won the aforesaid project from the Ministry of Health. At the time, Equipment House expected the financial impact to appear in Q3 2023.
