Energy Ministry launches ‘Taqat Waeda’ Program to support energy sector needs

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy launched today, Aug. 3, “Taqat Waeda” Program, which aims to attract and provide young national capabilities with the necessary skills to enhance their scientific knowledge, build their practical experience.

 

 

 

The program also aims to prepare its graduates to graduate in different disciplines and specialized career paths that support the work of the energy sector.

 

 

 

In a statement, the ministry indicated that the program focuses on engineering, technical and administrative disciplines, and works to support and enhance qualified young national competencies of both genders. This will be accomplished through attracting fresh graduates in the required disciplines, developing their talents and motivating them to obtain proficiency and specialized professional certificates, by providing distinguished training opportunities, in cooperation with the best national and international bodies.

 

 

 

The ministry added that it works to invest young competencies, and provide on the job training, in specialized tracks that serve the various components of the sector, so that the program enhances the efficiency of fresh graduates to comply with the needs of the national and global labor market.
