Ejar Index records over 275,000 deals in July

Ejar Index recorded more than 275,000 rental deals in July.

Housing rental deals rose 15% in July, while commercial rentals saw an increase of 11% month-on-month.

Riyadh topped the list with the highest number of rental deals in July, recording more than 58,000 housing and commercials deals worth above SAR 900 milion. It was followed by Jeddah with more than 35,000 housing and commercials deals.

Madinah and Makkah reported more than 13,000 deals. Rental deals in Dammam surpassed 12,000.
