Dubai Courts Receives International Innovation Award in Malaysia for its Leading Digital Platform "IFSAH"

In a new achievement that reinforces Dubai's leading global position in innovation, Dubai Courts has won the International Innovation Award for Services and Solutions for its digital platform, "IFSAH," during a ceremony held in Malaysia.

This award reflects Dubai Courts' ongoing efforts to develop innovative technological solutions that contribute to achieving prompt justice, enhancing the efficiency of judicial work, and solidifying Dubai's position as a smart city and a global center for judicial excellence and digital innovation. It also underscores the Courts' active role in driving digital transformation to realize Dubai's future vision.

Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Hammadi, Director of the IT Department at Dubai Courts, accepted the award on behalf of the Dubai Courts during a special ceremony recognizing entities that have contributed innovative solutions to the field of judicial services.

On this occasion, His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, expressed his pride in this prestigious achievement, emphasizing that the award represents international recognition of Dubai Courts' role in providing innovative services based on modern technology. His Excellency stated, “The 'IFSAH' platform embodies our vision of achieving a fair and swift judicial system and strengthening Dubai's position as a global destination for investment and innovation. His Excellency Judge Khaled Al Mansoori, President of the Execution Court at Dubai Courts, explained that the "IFSAH" platform represents a qualitative leap in facilitating judicial procedures and enhancing transparency. He added: "The system provides proactive and direct access to debtors' financial information through integration with government, semi-government, and private entities. This contributes to accelerating seizure, sale, and judgment execution processes without the need for repeated requests, enhancing efficiency and saving users time and effort. It also reduces administrative costs and ensures the protection of the rights of all parties."

Al Mansouri added: "The 'IFSAH' platform is distinguished by its ability to fundamentally change judicial work mechanisms by accelerating procedures, reducing the time required to complete cases, enhancing work efficiency, minimizing human error through process automation, and providing diverse and easily accessible services through multiple channels."
