As part of its participation in the 43rd edition of GITEX Global, Dubai Courts introduced the 'Fast Track Notary Services Service,' showcasing the latest innovations and digital technologies aimed at expediting transaction processing. This initiative marks a significant step toward achieving a comprehensive digital transformation and a qualitative leap in the delivery of government services. It aims to provide an interactive experience that aligns with the public's needs and expectations. These efforts are in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who envisions building an integrated smart city where government services heavily rely on digital technology, serving as a core pillar supporting Dubai Courts' professional and judicial endeavors. This initiative was prominently featured in one of the leading exhibitions in the field of modern and advanced technology.
Mr. Ibrahim Al Hosni, the Executive Director of the Notary, Settlement, and Enforcement Sector at Dubai Courts, has elucidated the purpose of this service. It is designed to deliver precise and swift automated digital services to customers with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness. Moreover, it strives to attain the highest levels of customer contentment while streamlining processes for them. Al-Hosni has emphasized that the service has significantly reduced customer waiting times from 25 minutes to just 5 minutes. Since its launch, the service has successfully processed a total of 12,104 fast-track transactions.
Al-Hosni discussed the 'Fast Track Notary Services Service,' highlighting that clients are now able to submit any of the four specific requests (acknowledgement of non-action, power of attorney for reviews, guarantee declaration, power of attorney for cases) without requiring any alterations or amendments to the forms. Clients can simply submit a request in person, and the system will automatically accept it without the need for human intervention. He further noted that to access this service, customers must possess a username and password on the Dubai Courts website via a digital ID. If there are any changes or additions made to the form, such as deletions or additions, the request will then be redirected to the regular track, which involves notary scrutiny.
Al Hosni explained the customer's journey within the Fast Track Notary Services service, which starts with accessing the Dubai Courts Services website using the username, selecting digital notary services, then selecting one of the fast track services, registering data using the ID, then paying the application fees to get the request to the email listed on the ID card within half an hour.
