Dubai Courts and “Government 01 Platform” Sign Partnership Agreement to Enhance Innovation and Knowledge Culture

In a significant move today, Dubai Courts and the “Government 01 Platform” have joined forces, inking a partnership agreement. This strategic alliance aims to harmonize their efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge. The partnership is designed to swiftly respond to global advancements in government innovation, aligning with the unique requirements of the Dubai Plan agenda and the National Agenda of the United Arab Emirates.

 

The signing ceremony took place in the Dubai Courts building, attended by His Excellency Professor Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director- General of Dubai Courts, and a number of officials. The signatories were Miss Alia Abdullah Al Majid, Director of Strategy and Institutional Performance Management at Dubai Courts, and Dr. Saeed Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the “Government 01 Platform”.

 

Enhancing the Culture of Innovation and Knowledge

 

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between Dubai Courts and the “Government 01 Platform” in various areas of government innovation, including the exchange of experiences and knowledge, development of joint projects, organisation of events and workshops, and capacity building in the field of innovation.

 

On this occasion, His Excellency Professor Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director- General of Dubai Courts, said that the signing of this agreement comes as part of a series of ongoing developmental steps for Dubai Courts in raising its readiness for innovation and the future. It reflects Dubai Courts’ pursuit of effective cooperation in the field of exchanging experiences and knowledge, which contributes to achieving accessible justice for all.

 

Fruitful Cooperation

 

For his part, Dr. Saeed Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the “Government 01 Platform”, expressed his pleasure at signing this agreement, affirming that the “Government 01 Platform” is committed to cooperating with Dubai Courts to develop innovative solutions that contribute to enhancing government innovation and achieving the objectives of the Dubai Plan agenda and the National Agenda of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Dr. Dhaheri, reflecting on the unveiling of the Zero Bureaucracy report as part of activating the partnership, said: "The launch of this report comes in response and interaction with the ‘Zero Government Bureaucracy’ programme in the United Arab Emirates, initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai.

 

Furthermore, the inception of this report, proudly brought to life within the Zero Bureaucracy Lab in collaboration with Dubai Courts, serves as a testament to the report’s pragmatic and actionable essence. It underscores our commitment to bolstering the innovative prowess of government entities, propelling us towards our ultimate goal of achieving zero bureaucracy.
 

 

Dr. Dhaheri went on to underscore his deep appreciation for the innovative step taken by Dubai Courts to incorporate the digital “Disclosure Platform” in their report. This initiative stands tall among seven others from globally leading nations. He further expressed his anticipation for an enduring synergy across diverse domains, fostered by the alliance between Dubai Courts and Government 01. This partnership, he believes, heralds a bright future
