Cenomi Retail in negotiations with major retailer on potential deal

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) announced it is in negotiations with a leading international fashion retailer as regards a potentially significant merger transaction involving certain fashion brands, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Further material developments will be announced in due course in accordance with applicable regulations.

The company appointed Lazard as its financial advisor and AS&H Clifford Chance as legal advisor, the statement added.
