BigScreen Middle East, the first cloud-based, software-as-a-service for human resource management, has announced the launch of its Unified Talent Management platform across the Middle East. Unified Talent Management is a Management and Workflow Solution designed by BigScreen to cover ALL aspects of talent management from hiring new staff to appraisals of existing employees.
BigScreen addresses the constant challenges faced by management personnel in the hiring process including screening candidates, setting up interviews, defining KPIs and identifying top/low performers within the organization. Described as the first real game changer in technology platforms for Unified Talent Management, BigScreen saves companies 50% in hiring costs, and 80% in screening time as well as a minimum of 50% in Employee Appraisal Costs and 80% in Employee Appraisal time.
BigScreen has appointed ITG, through its affiliate Mindset, as its regional partner to offer the new Unified Talent Management platform to its enterprise clients across the Middle East region. This complements MindSet's existing ERP & HRMS offering, and is in line with ITG's vision to be a pioneer in adopting the latest technologies and trends, including Cloud-based services.
Bachir Nacouzi, General Manager for MindSet, said, "We are eager to introduce this innovative video interviewing technology, which will improve our customers' recruitment cycle. In fact, this solution will give MindSet a valuable edge over its competitors, and is an additional step in MindSet's cloud road-map."
Jonathon Saunders, Managing Director of BigScreen Middle East, Africa and Asia, said, "No matter how big the organisation, hiring and appraising staff is a constant challenge for management. We are pleased to be recognized as a pioneer in providing a platform that addresses all the key pain points in the recruitment process and save invaluable time for senior executives."
Saunders will be working closely with ITG to introduce BigScreen's Unified Talent Management in medium to large enterprises but sees potential in the small to medium sector where human resource management is an even bigger challenge.
