AWPT inks contract with NWC to operate, maintain Jazan water projects

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed today, Dec. 17, a 36-month contract with the National Water Co. (NWC) for the operation and maintenance of water projects in the villages and cities of Jazan, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company won the contract in October, and expects the financial impact of the project to appear in the fourth quarter of 2023.

AWPT said that there are no related parties involved, adding that it will announce any relevant developments in due course after receiving the final copy signed by all concerned parties.
