Ladun Investment Co. said that its subsidiary, Build Industrial Co. was awarded a SAR 185.39 million contract (VAT inclusive) by Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI) – the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) – to develop the headquarters (HQ) of JCPDI.
In a statement to Tadawul, Ladun said that work on this project includes procurements, construction, and all necessary activities to build the HQ on around 28,697 square meters, to accommodate about 1,500 employees.
It also includes green areas and site development for an approximate area of 7.4 hectares, according to the tender drawings and documents, to produce a fully functional and operational facility.
The contract is expected to be sealed on Feb. 7. There are no related parties to the deal, Ladun added.
