AWPT to set up limited liability company in Riyadh

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.’s (AWPT) board of directors approved, on Oct. 4, to set up a limited liability company (LLC) in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

The new entity will be capitalized at SAR 100,000 and will be fully owned by AWPT. It will undertake the long-term operation and maintenance (LTOM) contract for the sewage treatment plants in Manfouha. 

There are no related parties, the company said. 

Any financial impact or any development in this regard will be announced in due course.
