NHC unveils new real estate projects worth SAR 42 bln

National Housing Co. (NHC) announced, during the first day of Cityscape Global exhibition, three luxury projects in Al Forsan and Khuzam suburbs, which provide 86,000 housing units with a value exceeding SAR 42 billion.

 

 

 

An agreement was signed for the establishment of a new residential community in Al Forsan suburb in Riyadh, in partnership with real estate developer Talaat Mustafa Group. It will be one of the largest residential projects in the suburb, and comes with a total area estimated at 10 million square meters, providing 27,750 housing units, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

 

 

NHC also unveiled an integrated business project, Khuzam Business Center, which has an area exceeding 500,000 square meters, and aims to create an integrated environment featuring office towers and various commercial complexes at various levels, administrative offices for business, a world-class residential complex, and luxury hotels. The center will also feature all basic utilities and services, in addition to sports clubs, playgrounds, and green spaces that support community participation.

 

 

 

Moreover, the company announced a huge sports project in Khuzam suburb, which is Khuzam Sports City, over a total area estimated at 135,000 square meters, while features outdoor and indoor football fields, closed fields for various sports, outdoor tennis courts, sports training academies, a men’s sports club, a women's sports club, an electronic games center, an entertainment zone, a spa and a sports walkway, in addition to a commercial plaza containing restaurants and cafes.
