Crown Prince inspects the vanguard high-speed marine interceptors

The government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman is keen to boost the Kingdom’s security capabilities and protect all its regions by providing its forces with the latest high-tech armament and advanced defense equipment.

Among these is high-speed marine interceptors that top the list of interception and pursuit vessels in the world. These will deter anyone who is tempted to cross the Kingdom’s marine borders, Saudi Press Agency quoted Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, deputy premier and minister of interior, as saying.

This came during the Crown Prince’s inspection of the vanguard vessels in Jeddah Tuesday.

The Crown Prince also recently commissioned an Airbus C-295 aircraft for Security Aviation that has entered into service. It is the first of four aircraft for which contracts were signed.
