The Municipality of Jazan is one of the oldest municipalities established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established in 1351 AH under the name of Market Control and Collection. Sheikh Issa Fatehuddin Aqili (may Allah have mercy on him) was appointed as the first mayor of Jazan Municipality. . Then the 13 presidents and heads of state follow our history.
