Zain KSA has announced its participation, for the second consecutive year, as a supporting partner in the Saudi International Exhibition and Conference for IoT, taking place in its third edition in the Saudi capital Riyadh between the 8th and 10th of March.
Through “Zain Business,” Zain KSA offers state-of-the-art technologies, IoT, and smart city solutions, in addition to 5G network connectivity packages encompassing IoT bundles and connectivity options and applications for M2M devices to enable managing and integrating businesses throughout various sectors including: transportation, logistics, healthcare, energy, facilities management, general services, retail, and more. Moreover, Zain KSA offers “Zain Cloud” for businesses and SMEs, as well as drone applications via “Zain Drone,” where data collection and analysis services utilize AI analysis and cloud network technologies.
The Chief Business and Wholesale Officer at Zain KSA Eng. Saad bin Abdulrahman Al Sadhan regarded Zain KSA’s participation in this event as a major opportunity to showcase its “Zain Business” services and advanced digital applications especially designed for the business sector. He additionally reiterated Zain KSA’s leading role in contributing towards the digital transformation taking place in the Kingdom in line with “Saudi Vision 2030.”
Notably, "Zain Business" provides its digital services through the unified license obtained by Zain KSA from the Communications and Information Technology Commission, in line with the generous royal decree No. (61534) issued on 12/30/1437 AH; which allows the provision of mobile and fixed services (Voice and Data) and other services included in the unified licenses. Which has contributed to strengthening the position of "Zain Business" as a provider of communications and information technology services for both the public and private sectors, recording a number of success stories with its partners from the two sectors the most prominent of which are: the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Airlines, and a number of mega projects, including NEOM, Qiddiya, Riyadh Airports and others.
