Zain KSA names Saad Al Sadhan as Acting CEO

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) named Saad Al Sadhan as Acting CEO effective today, Aug. 13.

The decision was based on a recommendation by the remuneration and nominations committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Al Sadhan has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology and previously held a number of positions at Zain KSA, with the most recent being the role of Chief Business and Wholesale Officer.

Al Sadhan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), in addition to several professional certifications in leadership and IT, the statement added.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the telecom company recently announced the death of its CEO, Sultan AlDeghaither.
