Works of Art To Appease All Your Senses at Park Hyatt Masters Food and Wine April 6-11, 2017

The popular Masters of Food & Wine is back to unfold yet another enriching journey at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas. This series presents an insightful Spanish exploration on the much revered world of  olives without which tapas would fail to exist.

Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences. It endeavors to create uncommon engaging events, where area residents and visiting gourmands can connect with and acquire skills, all in the stunning surroundings of the hotel’s unique and picturesque Beach House.  

The hotel is excited to welcome to Abu Dhabi, for the first time, Chef Senen Gonzales, known widely for his tapas specialties. He is dynamic and passionate, who adds his own artistic vision to the classics.

A cultural amalgamation of not just food and nightlife,  Spain has an extraordinary artistic heritage. Thus, capturing the essence of this pulsating nation further, international artist Des Spencer will offer interactive art sessions for all visiting the Masters of Food and Wine. He is world renowned for, vivacious images of the world as he sees it. Land and cityscapes, floral and abstract studies and underwater scenes explode off the canvas with pulsating colour, conveying all the energy of life itself

For the food connoisseurs, the hotel presents an exclusive chefs table, where Chef Senen will personally offer an interactive and educational tete-a-tete leaving guests inspired by the comforting flavors of Spanish Tapas, while discovering the artist within with Des’s canvas.

With the event’s bespoke bite size menu of 5 and 10 pieces. Open to all between  April 6-11, the menu will be on offer from at the Beach House for lunch and dinner.
