Tourism Minister announces $1 bln investment in Qiddiya hospitality school

Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al Khateeb announced the launch of a tourism and hospitality school in Qiddiya with an investment of $1 billion.

In his speech at the World Tourism Day 2023 conference held , Sept. 27, in Riyadh, the minister said the school will open in 2027 in Qiddiya.

He emphasized the importance of investing in human capital, attracting talent to the sector, and making tourism an attractive profession.
