The Royal Commission of Al-Ula today announced the launch of the Winter at Tantora festival which will see eight world-class artists perform across seven weeks. Alongside the launch, a new purpose-built concert venue, ‘Maraya’ was unveiled to the public. Set against the ancient site of Al-Ula, ‘Maraya’ is credited as a masterpiece of design and engineering.
His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al-Saud, Minister of Culture and Governor of the Royal Commission of Al-Ula, was present at the opening of “Maraya” and received a tour of key sites of the festival.
The Winter at Tantora Festival begins on the 20thDecember 2018 and runs until the 9thFebruary 2019.
