The 5th Rawabi Talent Exhibit Concludes its 3rd Round in Jeddah
More than 113,000 beneficiaries since the Exhibit’s launch
The 3rd round of the 5th Rawabi Talent Exhibit was concluded in Jeddah on March the 14th in Dar Al-Thikr schools. The Exhibit has wrapped up its 3rd stop after its opening in Riyadh and Tabuk which hosted the Exhibit for the first time. This year’s Exhibit falls under Rawabi Holding Group’s partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund and encompasses the implementation of 5 intensive programs to develop the skills and capabilities of the youth in the Kingdom, organizing Talent Exhibits and training guidance counselors. Vice President Corporate Services at Rawabi Holding Group Ms. Noaf AlTurki stated that the 3rd round of the Exhibit was a major success as it witnessed a high turnout and a valuable interaction with the workshops. Ms. AlTurki also said: “As a Group we feel very proud that the Exhibit has reached its desired goals and audience since our main focus is to guide these young generations and provide sustainable support. We are glad that the 3rd round in Jeddah has also reflected the same objectives leading towards guiding the youth and creating available opportunities to feed their eagerness and enthusiasm for work.” The 5th Rawabi Talent Exhibit held in Jeddah and in partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund and the Ministry of Education witnessed a high turnout of young boys and girls ready to discover their potential. The Exhibit also included extensive visits from both boys and girls schools over 2 weeks and was open publicly for girls on March 11 – 12 and boys on March 13 – 14. The Exhibit in Jeddah acquired a distinctive share of admiration as it was the first of its kind as described by its visitors. The newly interactive game “discover my career” also added a nice flare to the Exhibit as it entertained and enriched many students with an adequate knowledge to prepare for their future. The Exhibit hosted many renowned speakers from different sectors in an open session and encompassed various distinctive activities and educational programs ready-made for the youth. The Exhibit’s activities also entailed workshops, professional orientation tests and interactive electronic application services to nourish personal development and showcased testimonial videos of many success stories as part of “Akoon” series. Both winners of the Israr award shared their personal success stories and showcased their testimonials during the speaker series and workshops in the Exhibit. The audience were captivated by the lecture and interacted with enthusiasm as some mentioned it being one of the most wonderful experiences and a positive asset for them to look forward towards a shift in their paths and a bright future ahead. One of the students at the Exhibit expressed his enthusiasm and said: “Our problem as students has always been the planning phase of our future careers. We never had enough support from schools or a sound guidance from our parents and colleagues. This Exhibit gave us the chance to experience our work environment and discover our orientations. We are really happy to be part of this journey and we hope that we can get more of these initiative for all the students’ benefit.” Numerous numbers of young boys and girls participated in the Exhibit and expressed their hopes to stay updated and take part in these initiatives. The Rawabi Talent Exhibit aims to identify the professional course of the youth and guide them to discover their future orientations by answering questions regarding their professional future and which career path better fits their personalities. It is also worth mentioning that the Exhibit managed to grab along many accomplishments since its launch in 2011 as the number of beneficiaries to date is over 113 thousand students.
