“Suzuki Motor Corporation” recently invited global dealers from the Middle East, GCC, Africa and SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Corporation), to attend the international distributors’ conference in New Delhi, India. The Saudi dealer was represented by “Suzuki Saudia”.
The dealers conference was organized over a period of 4 days with all its dealers from all over the world participating in the conference. The program was conducted in the presence of Suzuki Managing Director of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Mr. Kinji Saito and Mr. Shashank Sirvastava General Manager of Suzuki Maruti, India, and all the top management team of the company were present. The conference was also attended by Deputy General Manager of Suzuki Saudia, Mr. Maher Al Nabawi, and other department heads of Suzuki.
The conference highlighted the challenges being witnessed by international markets as well as the solutions to maintain and advance the performance of distributors across the world. “We underlined the Saudi market needs and requirements in order to ensure the best practices being offered to our local market. There were various discussions on each market trends as well as the importance of customizing Suzuki vehicles to meet the clients’ search of specifications, encouraging potentials to have Suzuki cars.” said Al Nabawi.
The dealers were also taken to visit the manufacturing plant of Suzuki in New Delhi, India. The participants of the conference were taken to visit the Taj Mahal as well. “This conference was organized in order to thank and appreciate all the efforts and work of our dealers across the globe. The success of Suzuki is only possible because of these distributors”, said Kinji Saito, MD of Suzuki Motor Corporation.
The conference could meet its objectives and succeeded in its discussions to advance all its aspects in order to maintain and exceed clients’ and potentials’ expectations. It is also known that this conference is conducted annually in order to review all business transactions done throughout the past year as well as to award the dealers who achieved the set goals in terms of sales and after sales services.
