Gender equality is both a moral and an economic imperative. In line with the Saudi Vision 2030, Female empowerment has become one of Shaza Al Madina’s core objectives.
In this perspective, Shaza Al Madina is proud to announce its maiden project with an all-female reservation and guest engagement departments. We have therefore recruited 12 ladies to join our workforce as they bring with them a wealth of knowledge, an eye for detail, commitment and willingness to elevate guests’ experiences and satisfaction to new heights.
After a month’s long of intense training and effort, the flight has had a smooth take off. The ladies have settled in their new office space, a family suite configured into reservations, guest engagements and operators offices.
We believe that the organization will reap the benefits that will accrue from a more divergent thinking. There is incontrovertible evidence that our organization is aggressively enforcing equality in the workplace ladies are holistic problem solvers who will build relationships and networks that will eventually increase strategic connections and strengthen our organization.
